Customer account

Lost username or password:
  • If you’ve lost your password, click on “I’ve lost my password” or an equivalent link.
    You will receive an email to reset your password.

Save cart:

The contents of a shopping cart are retained for 30 days if the owner is logged in to his or her customer account at the time the cart is placed in the shopping cart. Shopping baskets are not saved for visitors to our online store; it is necessary to have opened a customer account and be logged in to your account for the basket to be saved.

We ship from Fukuoka and Okinawa.

Delivery time:

National territory (Japan):

International territory:

Shipment by airmail:

All orders placed in our online store are shipped by airmail.

Services used from Japan:

    In this case, your parcel is delivered as a Colissimo by your letter carrier or an independent service.
    This depends on the configuration of the postal service in your country of residence.
Shipment by boat:

We do not pay or reimburse any customs duties or import taxes.

On our Mitsukatta online store, all purchases are paid directly to PayPal.

No banking information is stored on our site.

Returns and refunds

If you have created a customer account on our site before placing your order, your order history is available in your customer profile.

Need an invoice:

By default, our invoices are written in Japanese and accompany your order if you live in Japan.

For international customers, you can obtain your invoice via PayPal, as this is how you pay for your purchases on our site.
Click on the corresponding purchase amount, then print your invoice.

 

No letter carrier's notice:

If you are away from home, the letter carrier may not leave a delivery notice for your order.
Please be aware of delivery times.
In the event of a problem, please do not hesitate to contact us or your post office directly, as your parcel may be awaiting collection.

Order not received:

Outside Japan, parcel holding times at post offices are generally 15 days.
Once this period has elapsed, packages are returned to sender.
